Eldridge Carmel

The Carmelite Monastery of Eldridge, Iowa, is offering a "Contemplative Experience," two to four weeks, for single women 60 years and under, who would like to particicipate in the life and spirituality of the Carmelite nuns. The Monastery is situated in a lush rural setting. There will be opportunities for personal and communal prayer, rich liturgies, silence, warm community, work, spiritual direction, reading and study.
